Ordering process

Please e-mail your selections to us to ensure they are still available for sale. We will then be able to confirm availability of your choice and delivery costs. We accept paypal, postal orders, cash (recorded delivery only) and cheques (fish will not be sent until cheque clears)

Delivery in the UK for up to 6 fish is £7.00 please contact us if your order exceeds this quantity and we will give you the appropriate delivery cost for your order.

Heat pack is available for an extra £1.00 which is recommended for the comfort and safety of your fish during cooler temperatures.

Fish will be double bagged and heat sealed then placed within newspaper in a polystyrene insulated box. This will then be wrapped in brown paper and sent special next day delivery guaranteed before 1pm. There must be someone in to accept the parcel and sign for it.

All fish are guaranteed fit and healthy before they leave but should you have an unfortunate situation of a fish being dead on arrival then you need to contact us within the day. A picture of the fish in the double sealed bag is required. The fish will be replaced or you will receive a refund for the value of the fish only.

You may also visit our fish room based in Wolverhampton to select and collect your fish in person. Please e-mail to arrange date and time of visit.

Fish can be put on hold for 3 days and then payment must be made or they will be released back for sale.
